Hello, and welcome to Tunbridge Wells & District Age Concern On Line.

Tunbridge Wells & District Age Concern (TWAC) is an autonomous charity, based in Wood Street, Tunbridge Wells providing services to older people within the Borough.

Our remit is to ensure that all older people are able to enjoy later life, that people are not discriminated against because of their age and that older people are able to make informed choices and retain their independance.

The Charity serves the local area, and works closely with neighbouring groups and other voluntary organisations.

Tunbridge Wells Age Concern offers a variety of care services, including a Day Care Centre. The Day Care Centre offers approximately 40 places per day. Tunbridge Wells Age Concern offers full day care, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, various social activities, assisted bathing service, hairdressing, specialist transport, chiropody treatment, audiology service, laundry service, welfare and advice services, and insurance services.

Tunbridge Wells and District Age Concern is a Registered Charity No. 209949 serving the older people of the Borough. Donations and gifts are always welcome to help us continue to offer much needed services.
